Return & Refund


Our return policy lasts 15 days after receiving your order. After this time period we can no longer allow a return. Return postage is paid for by the customer unless you receive a faulty or wrong product. We will require photo evidence of this. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they're received defected or damaged. We do not cover the cost of damage done to products by the customer outside their original packaging and parcel received in.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return. We advise using a trackable shipping service so we can securely refund your returned item.
