Our return policy lasts 15 days after receiving your order. After this time period we no longer allow a return. Return postage is paid for by the customer unless you receive a faulty or wrong product. We will require photo evidence of this. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they're received defected or damaged. We do not cover the cost of damage done to products by the customer outside their original packaging and parcel received in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
You are applicable for an exchange when the item you received is not the correct fitting for you. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and preferably in its original packaging. Upon receiving your returned item, we will dispatch your new item of your chosen size. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return.
